Janie, a registered nurse with 15 years of experience, found her way to aesthetics with her business partner, Martina, as they opened Altera (then Refine) back in 2019. Her love of business, creative art, medicine, and human anatomy & physiology all come together in the shape of Altera. Seeing the confidence built in all patients and the careers formed through all Altera providers, Janie devotes a small portion of her time to seeing patients while growing the empire of Altera alongside her business partner.
